As for the insert, Rolex no longer sells them separately; they only sell them as a workshop replacement, and the price is €62. But be careful, they only change it to the original color of your watch. Hence the rarity and the skyrocketing prices for those who want a new look (Pepsi, Coke, or all black).

The GMT Master II is a model that I have always liked. The day I decided to buy one, it was obvious to me that of all the variants, the 16713 was the natural choice. I have always liked the gold elements of this watch which give that little chic touch that the "all steel" ones do not have. So to sum up, a gold/steel GMT Master II was an obvious choice. Especially since this one is in superb condition. It is a first hand from 2000, bought from an exclusive vintage Rolex professional with all the history. I bought it at a time when this model was shunned by European customers. And again, I was looking for a sultan dial, but my wife thought it was "too much" for a Rolex. I listened to her and opted for the black dial. I don't regret this choice, but sometimes I think back to this magnificent Sultan dial that I like a lot... In short, to conclude, this Rolex 16713 is elegant, can even be used as a "dress watch" because its 40 mm diameter is quite standard for any wrist, and it is not very thick for a so-called professional watch. So, if gold and steel tempts you, don't hesitate!

Announced during WW24, I knew that this reference was made for me! First generation with non-pierced horns, I particularly appreciate the finesse of the dial. The original black bezel was then replaced by the good care of the Dubail house by a red and black model, a perfect alliance with the red of the GMT hand! Not too heavy and not too flashy with its slightly old school Fliplock bracelet! The small, discreet screwed crown underlines its robust and oyster style... An emblematic model, a little vintage and sought after, careful to avoid unhealthy lust, it only occupies my wrist during country stays ;)!
