Its hybrid bezel continues to combine ceramic and tungsten but now adopts bidirectional rotation through 24 clicks, considerably more logical for GMT use than the 120-click diving-style architecture of the first generation. The lacquered dial has a secondary 24-hour scale and the date remains at 6 o’clock. The V3290 developed with Soprod retains 25 jewels, a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, approximately 42 hours of autonomy and stated accuracy of -4/+6 seconds per day after regulation. Choosing the right version: NH34 or True GMT, 39 or 42 mm and 100 or 200 metres

The first choice should concern the nature of the GMT function. NH34 models allow separate adjustment of the 24-hour hand, a practical solution for following another city from home. Miyota 9075 models instead allow local time to jump when arriving in another zone. The Miyota 9075 is significantly more practical for someone who genuinely travels and regularly changes time zones.
