Why customers love TAG Heuer?

—> For this watch purchase I had a simple specification: -A second-hand watch a little vintage but not too much! :-) -A watch that can be worn every day without fear of water resistance, or other... -A pleasant watch in all circumstances! So I started looking for a watch but with a contained diameter, sapphire crystal, Swiss quartz movement, thin and robust enough at the same time and with significant water resistance to go in the water in summer 😁 And by dint of prospecting I came across this magnificent Tag Heuer: -Hell of a look! -Super thin case 10.5mm and 38mm in diameter -300 m water resistance -sapphire crystal -greyed silver and sunray dial of all beauty -incredible finishes! -advantage of a "modern vintage" of the luminova which makes its effect in the dark 🤩 Icing on the cake the price which is the price of the second hand and watches a little put aside.

This watch has a history going back 20 years now. Returning to my working life, while traveling in Paris, I strolled along the grand boulevards, curious about watches. While passing by the Tag Heuer stand, I came across this one and it was love at first sight! That seconds hand ticking non-stop... I was mesmerized. My love for mechanical watches was born! I came home that evening, but it was still on my mind, and so I went back the next day, even though it was a huge budget for me at the time. The dial, which plays beautifully with the light, had caught my eye. It also came in white, but the black one seemed more discreet. A 300m diver's watch with a compact 38mm diameter (relatively standard for the time) equipped with the famous ETA 2824-2 tractor, it was my only watch for 15 years. It's been with me everywhere (in a T-shirt or a suit) without fail, creating many memories. Since then, the collection has grown, and I rarely wear it, but it will forever remain my first mechanical watch!

As a watch enthusiast, the TAG Heuer x Hodinkee Carrera Chronograph Seafarer immediately appealed to me. Here are my impressions: What I like: The revisited heritage. This watch is a magnificent tribute to the iconic 1968 Heuer Seafarer. I love how TAG Heuer has modernized this vintage design while retaining its original spirit. The opaline black dial with its blue counters is simply superb. It evokes the marine world and the spirit of adventure. Useful complications: The tide gauge complication combined with the chronometer is a real asset. As a surfer, I know this function will be very useful for anticipating the tides. The moon phase adds a touch of poetry to the watch. The usefulness of complications doesn't stop at surfing; I plan to use it on my fishing trips, or even for mushroom picking. Technicality: The TH20-13 movement with its 80-hour power reserve is impressive. It's very practical to be able to leave the watch aside for a weekend without worrying about winding it. The bidirectional oscillating weight is very efficient and allows for optimal winding. The glassbox crystal is a detail I really appreciate; it gives the watch depth and a vintage look. The strap: The braided rubber strap is both comfortable and durable, perfect for water sports. The folding clasp with the "Easylink" is great to use over a wetsuit or when you've had too much at Grandma's. Exclusivity: The fact that this is a limited edition (968 pieces) in homage to the Heuer 2446C makes this watch even more special to me. What I don't like: The 42mm case size, which might not fit all wrists. I would have preferred to see it on a 39mm case (I have a 15.5mm wrist). The weight and 14mm thickness may bother some people looking for a thinner, lighter watch. What I would have liked: An additional black NATO strap with a blue stripe in the middle for winter use, and/or a leather strap like the original from 1968. Why I bought it: As a collector, I'm always on the lookout for unique pieces steeped in history. The TAG Heuer x Hodinkee Seafarer perfectly meets these criteria. It's a watch that's elegant, sporty, and technical, with true maritime DNA. In short, this watch is a favorite. It perfectly combines aesthetics, technical prowess, and history, and I can't wait to wear it on my next adventures.

The Carrera Glassbox is a superb chronograph that combines sportiness and refinement. This smoky purple version is certainly the one that best showcases this iconic model. It's not without its flaws: fragile strap, weak lume, high cost, and a movement with dull decoration. But its dial forgives all that. I love wearing it and try to find every opportunity to put it on my wrist.

I always wanted to buy a TAG Heuer and my passion for divers pushed me towards the Aquaracer. The TAG Heuer Aquaracer 300M embodies sporty elegance. Its notched bezel and sleek dial evoke both robustness and precision. A watch that breathes the sea and adventure, while remaining refined on the wrist. A timeless classic. Acquired at auction in England, this Tag symbolizes much more than a purchase: it embodies the emotion of a successful quest. Sobriety and refinement are the key words for this diver. A unique piece, full of history and timeless charm.

It was with this TAG Heuer 6000 Series that I entered the wonderful world of mechanical watchmaking, on the occasion of my 30th birthday... It is one of the watches - if not the watch - the most important in my collection. In more than 20 years, I have loved it, adored it, hated it, abandoned it, to always find it again with immense happiness. Perfect size in 38mm, not ostentatious, no longer manufactured, symbol of an era when TAG Heuer had not yet been bought by LVMH. Even if I am not that much of a fan of new watches, TAG Heuer is one of the rare brands that I follow regularly on the occasion of the annual novelties. It is surely this one that gave me the taste for steel watches with very worked bracelets and different from the great classics of the market. Regarding its caliber, it is surely an ETA 2892 already very present at the time. Note that this version is COSC certified and interestingly, the same model exists without this certification!

I have had this watch for over 10 years. I bought it for my 40th birthday and what I like most about it is that it is totally timeless. The design seems to stand the test of time, just like the watch itself, which has been working perfectly since I have had it. I don't wear it every day, because I like those few moments of exclusivity every time I have it on my wrist.

For lovers of style, this watch goes with all types of styles, from formal suits to casual Sunday wear A "suitable" retail price for a quality watch that carries the legacy of an iconic watch brand; without falling into the excessive price of watches without any particular complication from other brands. This diver (300m) will suit those looking for a discreet timepiece that, although imposing with its 43mm, is unknown to neophytes and will ultimately only be recognized by a handful of connoisseurs. A subtle blend of brushed stainless steel and ceramic, the unidirectional case-bezel assembly is aesthetically very beautiful due to its unusual geometry (and reinforced by the crown protectors). The case back is solid with a diving suit-shaped engraving that in no way alters the wearing of a very pleasant watch on the wrist. The blue sunray and ribbed dial gives the impression of looking at a different watch each time, depending on the viewing angle. The logo (like the hands) is rhodium-plated, which gives the watch some substance. Bracelet with a branded folding clasp with adjustment over 15mm (especially for diving). Downside: this buckle is a magnet for micro scratches if used regularly (and yes, a watch is worn!) but which easily disappears when polished. Easy maintenance, simple handling for a truly successful set of a Tag Heuer classic that I can only recommend due to its excellent value for money. Perhaps a power reserve greater than 38 hours and availability for steel models other than the classic black/white/blue would have been necessary.

TAG Heuer, a brand that has been associated with motor racing for several decades. I found this beautiful professional full set a few weeks ago. Capricious to get it going again, the quartz movement finally started up again after a session with the demagnetizer. Cosmetically very beautiful for a watch that is over 25 years old, its size of 37mm is ideal for my 17.5 wrist. Its light gray dial makes it very versatile. Its Mercedes hand gives it a little Explorer 2 look. The strap is well made but the buckle is a little hard to open. Remember that it is a diver with the extension for the suit. It is a pre-"Aquatimer" in a way. It is really a beautiful little watch, quite cheap for a Tag. Enough to think you are a grand prix driver.

Chrono that runs at different speeds to highlight the original speed of the 1953 Porsche 911! The Tag x Porsche collaboration is very successful and the 42mm diameter suits me better. The domed sapphire crystal is a marvel. The whole is a high quality manufactured product with a 911 bracelet of great comfort! This watch is a bomb
