Seiko 5 Owner Review : Readable, functional and historical

A Seiko 5 brimming with features and embodying the brand's history through its design reminiscent of the spy watches used by an American special forces unit during the Vietnam War. It was to remain undetected behind enemy lines that this unit equipped itself with Seiko watches, with specific characteristics: a contrasting dial featuring white Arabic numerals with lumibrite on a black background, and minimal water resistance to withstand the humidity of the Vietnamese countryside, while still retaining the DNA of an everyday watch to avoid suspicion.
