Longines forever

My second of the three Longines I own. There's something about this watch that has always appealed to me, but I can't quite put my finger on it. Well, actually, I think it's its serious, perhaps even sophisticated, classy, and prestigious masculine side—something along those lines. It's the most serious of my Longines, at least that's the impression it gives me, as if I've grown up with my 55 years 😂. It's the 38mm version, which looks great with either the steel or rubber strap. I didn't get the integrated rubber strap; it was far too expensive. I would have liked a little polish on the chamfers. The dial is black, but it has a slightly brownish tint, which is what I also notice.
