This is the first “real” watch in my modest collection. It was given to me for my 20th birthday, which gives it great sentimental value. I wore it almost daily for 12 years, and I still wear it very regularly today. Although quite classic, its design is instantly recognizable thanks to the two chronograph pushers integrated into the shape of the crown guard. I find this combination particularly successful, even if it might seem a bit bulky at first glance. The overall look of the watch is rather sporty: the chronograph subdials stand out very well against the black dial, and the tachymeter scale and the red treatment of the chronograph hands add a technical touch without being over the top, making it very versatile and wearable almost anywhere. The sapphire crystal case back allows you to see the movement in action, and even if it’s certainly not the most precise or prestigious, it’s always a pleasure to watch. Finally, I must point out that I have never had any problems to report with my Longines.
