A model that you end up familiar with because you come across it so often on social media. I could say the same things as everyone else: perfect size, comfortable, good value for money, understated, sporty, and chic all at once...

But what I remember is that it's one of the watches I wear the most, because it's incredibly versatile: with a T-shirt, a shirt, a swimsuit... in short, it's a watch that goes with everything and works all the time, and yet I never tire of it.

The best part is that it fits any strap, and it can add a touch of fun that might be missing on steel.

The perfect balance

An impulse purchase at first that actually became a love at first sight.
We love new watches in stores, but I really wanted to treat myself to a vintage one for the charm, the history and for a lower price.
My eye quickly fell on an Omega to have a watch from a big brand at a price that has nothing to do with today's.
So I started looking and looking... In the end, it was by chance on a Facebook group that I came across this little Geneva in very good condition and which does not look like all the other Genevas with this blue dial.

My first vintage

I discovered the brand by chance via the re-dressers and then the collaboration with Seconde Seconde on Instagram, and it was the perfect opportunity to treat myself!

An affordable watch with lots of possible configurations (two straps and two bezels). That, plus the collaboration, made it the perfect fun watch for my collection.

It's not haute horlogerie (Miyota movement) or very well-finished, but it's always fun to wear from time to time with other watch fans!

A real fun watch

Discovered by chance on YouTube, I was immediately impressed by the characteristics of this watch. Waterproof 500 meters, Swiss made, a case with a sandblasted finish of the most beautiful effect and so on, all for less than 1000 euros. I ended up cracking and I was even more surprised when I received it and I was able to realize the quality of the finishes. A great diver with a vintage look that stands out from the others and that can be worn on lots of bracelets, the pretty leather on which it is delivered (and a buckle works !!), a nato, a rubber (Orange that snaps with the needle!).

New but vintage

"They do anything other than razors?" I was told in a watch shop when I showed my wrist... Hello first impression.

I got this watch back from my grandfather who wore a Vacheron Constantin as another watch, yes I lost the draw.

I wore it little at first and then I found a shop (other than the one I originally bought) that offered to contact the brand to give them back their original strap and off we went!

Since then I have particularly cherished it for its sleek design, its heritage and its finesse.

They don't just make razors!

Another favorite that was easy to fall for. I came across an ad for this tank in a condition far from new, of course, but full of charm and still as legendary.
It's a safe choice and yet quite original in terms of its shape, alloy, color...

After a few months I'm delighted with it and I'm not the only one to enjoy it since I can lend it to my girlfriend.

Really a must

Watches with an integrated bracelet I have seen a lot, I have tried a lot but I have never found the one I like until! Well until I just bought another watch and I came across an ad for this little Zenith. So it was not the right time but it was love at first sight and I fell for it without really looking into it without being afraid of not being able to try it on without being afraid of its condition. It arrived I fell in love and since then it has been the little jewel of my young collection. Received in impeccable condition with box and paper I was also delighted to have a piece from a historic house.

The watch of my 18th birthday! It's the watch I'll never forget, it's so simple but for a long time it's the only watch I've worn and I've almost never gotten tired of it. It's simple by its dial, black, Arabic numerals, its hands... But I've never gotten tired of it thanks to its little details, the bezel, a little red on the second hand, the work on the crown, the sapphire back... Over time I first broke the first strap then changed it for another one from the brand that I don't like anymore and today this nato suits her perfectly but I think she deserves much better (I already have a little idea coming soon). Very endearing this Meca revolt, it pays homage to the mangas of the 80s, James Bond atmosphere, as you can see on the box. It is teeming with small funny details.
The bezel is fixed and interchangeable (a second one is provided), we find inscriptions on the top right in a very original way, like on the lens of a camera.
The case takes the atypical forms of the meca 2, this time a little less angular.
The bezel is screwed on very easily which allows to change look.
The dial is straight out of a manga, with its second yellow lightning and its small black syringe hands.
The bronze-colored crown is screwed, because make no mistake it is a real tool watch waterproof to 200 m with an indestructible myota 82S0 caliber.
The very nice case back represents a combat swimmer at the foot of a lighthouse.
The tropical bracelet is very pleasant to wear.
It's a fun and entertaining watch, everything is done very seriously, the quality is amazing and the comfort is unmatched.
