Le concept HEGID repose sur l’idée d’une capsule qui par défaut a les caractéristiques d'une sportive (étanchéité de 100m, couronne vissée, etc.) et qui s’accorde avec plusieurs modèles de carrure et de bracelets. La qualité est palpable, ils travaillent avec les meilleurs artisans français (95% dans un rayon de 10km dans le Doubs).

C'est une montre pour les gens créatifs tout spécialement pour cette série gravée limitée à 30 exemplaires. Pour ceux qui préfèrent les montres sur étagère toutes faites, il y a d'autres superbes propositions ailleurs.

Il y a des nouveautés tous les ans en matière de carrure ou de bracelet et de fait la possibilité de faire de nouveaux combos sans racheter une montre complète. HEGID est très ouvert sur la personnalisation, voire les commandes spéciales. J’apprécie de pourvoir marier à ma guise les capsules avec les carrures : sport chic en journée, néo vintage le soir ou un peu baroudeur selon mon humeur, l’événement et mon style du jour. 

Je possède la Série Noire Expédition depuis moins d’un an mais j’ai aussi la Série Inaugurale depuis bientôt 3 ans. Ça respire la qualité et la robustesse avec par exemple un traitement DLC sur la carrure Vision. Pour finir, le changement de combo prend un instant et il met arrivé d’emporter le matin 2 carrures afin de m’adapter à 2 événements dans la journée.

En plus, j’aime bien le côté micro marque qui a des convictions et qui ne triche pas et de surcroît française et qui privilégie grandement les savoirs faire locaux.

New case and strap designs are released every year, making it possible to create new combinations without having to buy a whole new watch. HEGID is very open to customization, even special orders. I appreciate being able to mix and match the frames as I please: sporty chic during the day, neo-vintage in the evening, or a bit more rugged depending on my mood, the event, and my style of the day.

I've owned the Black Expedition Series for less than a year, but I've also had the Inaugural Series for almost three years. They exude quality and robustness, with features like the DLC treatment on the Vision frame. Finally, changing the combination takes just a moment, and I've even taken two frames with me in the morning to adapt to two different events during the day.

Plus, I like the micro-brand aspect; it has strong convictions, doesn't compromise its principles, and is also French, strongly prioritizing local craftsmanship.
