I was looking for a quartz 33mm Royal Oak and this got offered to me. This is the first Offshore reference launched for ladies back in the 90's alongside the very well known Offshore "Beast". Only produced to 337 pieces, of course i did not know of it. It wears so nicely on my skinny wrist i get the privilege of having an automatic 2140 JLC based movement over a quartz one. I bought this chronograph about twenty years ago when it was not too difficult to get these watches in the store. I had opted for the chronograph, quince models were 39mm and were more successful than the classic models. The chrono pushers really give the impression that the diameter of the watch is larger than it actually is. The other watches in my collection are all 40 or 41mm and yet I see no difference with this AP, despite my fairly wide wrist (19cm)

Very comfortable watch to wear, the white gold/ceramic case being well balanced. Very beautiful watch complication, not in the sense of difficulty, but in the poetic sense of the term.
