While hunting for a few small watches on websites, out of sight of my girlfriend, I came across this little one.

It was in very good condition. Its dial was scratch-free, the movement was serviced, and the bracelet was dazzling.

Its shiny dial captures the surrounding light and reveals cross-hatching patterns dancing with its metal indexes.

Despite its age (I think it dates from the 1970s), it's a timeless model with its charm. Discreet and full of character, it fits perfectly on my small wrist.

The Tissot Seastars are affordable models that will delight vintage watch enthusiasts.

Zenshin means "moving forward" and facing adversity while remaining calm. 

This is a strong and symbolic word to describe this watch. Light and robust thanks to its titanium case and bracelet, it is forgotten on the wrist. Its movement, a Miyota 8213, nevertheless accomplishes its task very well. 

Larger than its Swiss cousin, the PRX, its dimensions are 44 mm in diameter and 12.1 mm thick, compared to 40 mm and 10.93 mm for the PRX. 

Its dial appears smaller thanks to a small hack. The framing of the indexes by the black seconds band gives us the impression of a smaller dial. 

I chose this green shade because it reminds me of a lake. It is a really pleasant and soothing color that sparkles in the sun. 

A watch that is worth it in terms of quality for the price and which exudes a lot of charm.

A Superman who can stand up to anything.

I bought this watch when I was starting to discover my passion for watchmaking, surfing eBay I was attracted by vintage watches with character and sticking to my personality. I came across this watch and it was love at first sight! 

Discreet, classic and above all sticking like a glove to my little wrist it accompanied me faithfully for several years. It is a watch that unfortunately slows down because of its old movement, I wear it during my free time. While having a drink with friends, family or reading a good book. Where it excels in the moments when I am not counting the hours to enjoy the moment. 

It has a plastic Astrolon 2250 movement which is rather original but unfortunately cannot be dismantled. That is why I advise you to think carefully about it if you want to buy one.

I always wanted a Yema superman, when I learned that they were going to release it with a "manufacture" movement, it told me biennial launch was on Kickstarter but as I prefer human contact I went to my AD in Lyon to order it.
Ordered mid-February and received at the end of September, a little long but hey.
Once the box was opened (the case is great but hey, it's just a box), I found it magnificent (it's true that photos are always a little misleading).
The only small flaw is perhaps the bracelet which is a little rigid.

The long awaited Superman CMM10...

I present to you my Superman 241117 blue dial from the 70s. It's in really great condition considering its age. It's currently the only watch I own with a blue dial, and frankly, it's amazing! Sometimes dark, sometimes bright, or even dark as the abyss. There have been several dial versions with different indexes. I particularly like the U-shaped indexes in this dial, highlighted with a yellowed tritium line and pointed inside the U. Of course, we find the legendary Yema bezel block, Bakelite bezel, and spade second hand.
In the end, it's my most Dress diver!

Vintage is beautiful

I present to you my YEMA Superman blue lagoon in Quartz version (vast subject ...) it is a very pretty watch but not very loved by lovers of the Yema brand? ... Yet I am one of the people who love Yema and I would never part with this watch ... it is too far from the codes of the iconic superman version of the French brand (I have two other Superman a gmt and a bronze green) ... the blue lagoon has first of all a diameter of 40 mm and its shape and its case is completely different from a classic superman ... But I personally like this watch a lot, it was delivered to me at the time with a steel bracelet but I prefer it on a blue or black Tropic type bracelet and I alternate. Its diameter is 40mm Waterproof 300m Case thickness 13mm mineral glass Price 300 euros.



But Yema Lagoon Blue Superman…

I had been dreaming of a Yema Superman for a long time, but I didn't know which one to choose. This proposal made my mind up. Tropical dial, CMM 10 by Olivier Mory, bezel with gray color effects depending on the light, 99 copies. I didn't hesitate for long despite a certain price, but it's a reasonable price for such a beautiful manufacture movement. The FKM bracelet is super comfortable. And the little detail that made me swoon, the spade second hand. Another small hidden detail that's very classy: the number of the watch, mine 5/99, I'm surprised there are still some left. In terms of precision, my watch is at three seconds per day, it's perfect. I'm sure it's a future collector's item.
