Vulcain 50s Presidents’ Owner Review : Classic, completed and astute

I was looking for a Vulcain cricket for a long time, already having a Tudor Advisor and a JLC Memovox. I really like this alarm complication, but it is sometimes not very convenient to set. The Vulcain is very simple, a crown and a push button, with which you wind and set all the functions. The alarm is audible, and super easy to set, much more than on the two watches mentioned above. I haven't taken it off since I bought it. Very easy to set without removing it from my wrist, it is very practical on a daily basis to remind me of appointments and meetings. Very discreet, not spectacular, but really very pleasant to wear. Sapphire crystal on the front and back, the latter allowing you to see the double barrel, one for the watch, one for the alarm, I bought it a month ago, and I haven't left it since, because it is really very pleasant, balanced, sober, useful, simple to use, and discreet to wear. The only small downside is that there is no quick date change using the crown; you have to use a small button at 10 o'clock, but that's a detail as the rest is really well thought out and made.
