What a beauty (Argo bronze violet) The least I can say is that I'm not disappointed! The watch more than meets my expectations. Upon opening the case, it's easy to see that the travel case is of good quality. The watch itself is truly well made. The bronze is shiny (it will, of course, develop a patina), and the case is superbly brushed. Its shape was somewhat inspired by the Grand Seiko GS67, with its facets that allow for a beautiful play of light. It is also asymmetrical, wider on the right, which, in addition to its style, eliminates the need for a traditional crown protector. The bezel is firm, with a beautiful sound, and exhibits no play. The hands are a good size, the applied indexes are impeccable, and the entire case is surrounded by a bronze-like gilding. We appreciate the Phoibos logo (the kraken) found on the crown, the case back, and the buckle. Small, thoughtful details that make all the difference. The brightness is excellent (bluish superluminova). And what about the dial? Its texture is (somewhat) reminiscent of the material of impressionist paintings and this purple color is simply magnificent with its play of light. In short, it is very beautiful work. I got mine for €399 (instead of €499) thanks to the introductory offer and at this price, we really have a beautiful object, both sporty and chic. The same watch assembled in Switzerland would cost twice as much. The Miyota 9015 also contributes to the quality of this timepiece and allows for a slimmer case.
