Ca faisait plus d'un an que je lorgnais sur cette montre. Par coïncidence, j'ai réussi à en trouver une. En effet, c'est une micro-marque et la distribution n'est pas des plus évidentes. C'est le 3ème chapitre (ou montre) de cette jeune marque qui à débuté en 2019 par son créateur Grec.

Cette marque représente tout le symbolisme de la Grèce par commencer son nom Ianos qui signifie le dieu du commencement, de la fin et du temps lui même.

La Dytis poursuit le symbolisme. Sur cette montre, les quatre index représentant le drapeau de la Grèce, à 6h00 on remarque l'aiguille des secondes qui est imagée par l'oeil du maléfique. Symbole grec de la protection depuis des millénaires. Quand aux index, ils représentent les pierres de plongée. Même la couleur de cette montre est la couleur de la Grèce (avec le blanc bien entendu).

Revenons à cette montre, elle à un diamètre de 41mm, le boitier est en titane grade 2. Elle est motorisée par un Sellita SW360-1 et possède un bracelet un caoutchouc. De plus, ils ont été très astucieux car à l'arrière du bloc à été creusée afin d'éviter une sur-epaisseur de la montre. C'est une montre de plongée avec 300m d'étanchéité. Elle est donc très légère et aussi Swiss made.

On this watch, the four hour markers represent the Greek flag, and at 6 o'clock, the seconds hand is depicted as the evil eye, a Greek symbol of protection for millennia. The hour markers represent diving stones. Even the watch's color is the color of Greece (along with white, of course).

Let's get back to this watch. It has a 41mm diameter, a grade 2 titanium case, a Sellita SW360-1 movement, and a rubber strap. Furthermore, they've been very clever, as the back of the case has been hollowed out to avoid adding bulk to the watch. It's a dive watch with 300m water resistance. It's therefore very lightweight and also Swiss made.
