Ce boîtier en bronze de 38,5 mm de diamètre abrite un calibre de manufacture Quintus 2010. Deux barillets en série, un ressort moteur battant à 2,5 Hz délivrent une réserve de marche de 55 heures. Il faut également remarquer la croix de Malte, qui contribue à fournir une force constante. Bien sûr, la finition est exceptionnelle.

Sur le cadran, l'aspect régulateur de la montre brille. Pas le cadran régulateur typique où chaque aiguille a son propre sous-cadran. En haut se trouve une réserve de marche, en bas les heures, et une grande aiguille des minutes et des secondes est présentée au milieu. Toutes les aiguilles sont plaquées en or rose.

Les index sont sculptés par un pantographe puis remplis d'or rose ou de blanc.

C'est vraiment une montre unique ! Dornbluth vous permet de personnaliser la montre dans tous ses aspects. J'ai choisi le boîtier en bronze, les aiguilles et les index des minutes en or, et bien sûr, la couleur du cadran.

Cette personnalisation associée à une production en petite série a un prix. J'ai attendu 2 ans pour ma montre. Vous êtes mis sur une véritable "liste d'attente" :) 

Cette montre est une bonne preuve que l'horlogerie est, ou peut être à la fois un art et une science.

On the dial face, the regulator aspect of the watch shines. Not your typical regulator dial where each hand has its own subdial. On top is a power reserve, on the bottom are the hours, and a big minutes and seconds hands are showcased in the middle. All hands are plated in rose gold.

The markers are carved by a pantograph and then filled with rose gold or white.

It's truly a unique watch! Dornbluth allows you to customize the watch in every aspect. I chose the bronze case, the gold hands and minute marks, and of course, the color of the dial. 

This customization associated with low volume production have a price. I waited 2 years for my watch. You are put on a real "wait list" :) 

This watch is good proof that watchmaking is, or can be both an art and a science.
