Among my Breitling acquisitions, there's one that stood out at first glance: the Breitling SuperOcean Heritage 46 mm blue. A real favorite. Yet, I'm not the type to be dazzled easily, but this diver's watch has something unique about it. An urban elegance blended with a confident casualness. Beyond its impressive 46 mm diameter, this SuperOcean remains surprisingly slim and well-proportioned. Dressed entirely in blue—a deep blue, slightly flashy without ever being excessive—it imposes an absolutely irresistible casual chic style. Neither flashy nor too classic, just the right amount of presence to go equally well with a suit or jeans. The dial is understated and efficient: three hands, a date at six o'clock, nothing superfluous. It's this purity that gives it all its charm. Under the hood, the B20 manufacture caliber, developed in collaboration with Tudor, delivers superb performance with its 70-hour power reserve. A reliable, modern mechanism, supporting a design that pays homage to the brand's heritage. Since the arrival of the new CEO, I truly appreciate the direction Breitling is taking. There's a sense of true renewal, a refocusing on strong and coherent lines. And for once, I feel the price-performance ratio is commensurate. In fact, for this piece, I opted for a slightly different method of acquisition: a boutique in Monaco, neither an official AD nor a Breitling boutique, but offering new watches at 25% off. A wonderful surprise that makes this watch even more appealing. In short: a diver with a refined look, a robust movement, and incredible charm. I wear it often and never tire of it. This is exactly what I expect from a watch: for it to accompany all aspects of my daily life with style and discretion.
