The Bohen StarDiver impressed me with its level of finish and its true professional diver's character.

Its bracelet is a real asset: robust, precise, and above all, equipped with a double-control clasp that allows for a perfect and secure adjustment, without tools.

As for the dial, the readability is exceptionally clear thanks to the triple date display—the current date is immediately visible, framed by the previous day and the following day, making it intuitive to read.

With its 1000m water resistance, ceramic bezel, and exemplary legibility, the StarDiver combines performance, comfort, and intelligent design. I highly recommend this beauty of the future.

The Stardiver, sleek and uncompromising

The Bohen Grande Marine truly impressed me with its balance of performance and elegance.

For a dive watch capable of reaching 600 meters, its slimness is remarkable: barely 12.8 mm thick, making it far more comfortable on the wrist than most dive watches. You can feel the true technical mastery behind this compact design.

It remains a true tool watch, with its helium escape valve, ceramic bezel, and thick sapphire crystal, but it also manages to maintain a refined look for everyday wear.

The two included rubber straps, black and brown, are incredibly comfortable—supple, well-finished, and perfect for switching between urban and dive-ready styles.

In short, the Grande Marine combines the robustness of a professional watch with the slimness of a dress watch: a piece that is technical, elegant, and surprisingly comfortable. So you can start your evening with a mission in murky waters and end it in a helicopter in Gstaad ;-)

The Grande Marine, from Technical Expertise to Tuxedo Evenings

Here's a quick review after a few months of wearing this superb Grande Marine.

It's very comfortable on its steel bracelet, and its micro-adjustability is a real plus for those, like me, whose wrists are yo-yoing in this hot weather.

The two rubber straps, Black and Chocolate, included in the package are also not to be outdone.

I opted for another strap made by Basylstraps and I highly recommend it; the comfort is superb.

The optional left-hand crown is also a plus; I'd never dared to take the plunge, and objectively speaking, I have absolutely no regrets about this choice, especially for the comfort it provides on the upper wrist.

Regarding the winding, it's better than the COSC, and having already worn two other Bohens, I'm always amazed at the fine and precise adjustment of this ChronofiableA8 standard.

The 42-hour reserve is sufficient, although I would have liked a little more.

Bohen's upcoming SQUARE will feature a La Joux-Perret with a 65-hour power reserve, another great opportunity to dive back in and justify a purchase to your wife 😅

What more can I say than what hasn't already been said by the community? This sunray dial plays beautifully with ambient light, giving the impression of not having the same dial every day, and the X1 grade SuperLumiNova is exceptionally effective.

So YES, you can go for it with your eyes closed; with its 9.98 mm thickness, it will satisfy the vast majority of wrists, whether thin or thicker.

The new Bohen Square is the brand's first watch that isn't an extreme professional piece. This shift is very successful, and it comes in three dial colors: black, blue, and copper brown—my personal favorite, incredibly elegant.
The guilloché pattern incorporates Bohen's "H" logo, capturing the light beautifully.
The crown is screw-down, and the steel bracelet is very comfortable. You can also opt for an alligator strap, which gives it a truly chic look.
As you can tell, I'm a huge fan of this new model. It retains Bohen's DNA, but this time Blaise Dominique Giuliani has explored more urban aspects of watchmaking.
