The classic case shape is very well executed, and its slimness is a real strength: barely 9.7mm.
The screw-down crown has a pronounced thread; some don't like it, but I appreciate this detail. The Miyota 9019 caliber is precise, with a beautifully decorated gold oscillating weight.

A couple of minor drawbacks, however: the oscillating weight is quite noisy; the Powermatic remains slightly superior in terms of precision and winding pleasure, being smoother and silkier. Finally, the 39mm case is a bit small for my wrist (20cm); a 40 or 42mm would have been preferable. One major drawback, however, is the screw-on system for the bracelet and links; it's frankly a pain to use, making it a real ordeal to adjust or change the strap.

This watch holds a special place in my heart: after a year's break from buying watches, it's a real pleasure to be able to treat myself again.
Overall, it's a very high-quality watch for the price, with real character.
