First of all I wanted to thank Xavier for creating this platform which brought me by pure chance to this micro brand that I found interesting after some research having checked the opinions of several people here I said to myself there could be something nice I went to check its Bell discovery site I liked the self-taught approach and I ordered an m.m01 package received today super packaging the watch is really nice there is potential I liked the malacite dial all and very well finished Swiss Sellita SW200 movement leather strap in shark nubbukvde super well worked if I can make a small criticism but it marks at 1 year too bad the movement is held by a plastic ring which on a sapphire background looking closely this is it could be easily corrected by a steel ring which would allow to have a more accomplished watch but pleasantly surprised no regrets for the price go check it and really not crazy in short I validate 😉

After the resurrection of this iconic brand in 2021 thanks to Guillaume Ladet who, thanks to his vision and his marketing, was able to help revive this sublime and emblematic Swiss watch brand Vulcain, I had to buy one, but I absolutely wanted a resolutely modern Vulcain in specifications while having its vintage side, so I went for the Vulcain Lagoon Bleu which has a fine work, a movement that is certainly simple but ultra-robust, a 2824, but what captivated me was the level of finish for such a reasonable price, happy to have added this piece of history to my collection.

I recently owned the Vulcain Skindiver, I think I was matrixed by some youtubers... But rightly so, since I've been interested in watches, Oris has always made me want one... The Oris Diver 65 and the Vulcain Skindiver have many similarities, a similar design, Swiss made, a similar price range... Yes, but I've never taken the plunge for an Oris and their recent price increase leaves me doubtful... 

Let's get back to the Vulcain, it alternates different finishes, polished, brushed, chamfered... Its big plus is its contained dimensions, 38mm, 44mm from lug to lug as well as its blue dial with vertical grooves that plays perfectly with the light.

Its small negative point is the lack of a steel bracelet... being a big fan of this type of bracelet. For now she is dressed in the Baltic rice grain which I find suits her very well (but the end link is not 100% suitable).

Finished to perfection

I've only had this Skindiver for a few days and I'm already a total fan!

I discovered this brand, or rather this group of brands, when I bought the Nivada Grenchen F77 smoked brown. I think the new breath of fresh air breathed in by Guillaume LAIDET makes sense!
It was on the PARLONS MONTRES channel that I discovered this Vulcain and it was instantly charmed!

I almost only own divers' watches because I like to be able to swim with my watches without having to worry about their water resistance.

And while searching the net, I came across this limited collaboration with OCARAT, who had already collaborated with Nivada on a magnificent F77 skmoked blue dial (which was featured on the channel at the beginning of the year with Sylvain). I wanted to buy the Skindiver with a blue dial but this smoky green combined with white indexes literally captivated me! And this 20/16 bracelet: how comfortable!
In short, a must-have in my opinion!
