Victorinox, my favorite Swiss brand, despite its DNA which is not 100% watchmaking because it is basically a knife manufacturer for the Swiss army, it offers robust watches that could make a good number of the industry leaders pale. This model is the Night Vision version 2. It has several light functions to help you find your way in the dark. The caliber is a quartz movement, which is not a dream in terms of watchmaking but it has the advantage of offering a cheap, reliable, precise and shock-resistant watch. Here we have a real instrument watch with a lamp function, SOS, dial brightness, red LED operating indicator, end of battery life indicator. I have worn it very often for over 10 years and it seems impervious to the effects of time passing, impressive. A version 3 would be in the pipeline for 2025.
