I bought it a few weeks ago in mint condition, still in stock. First of all, its mirrored poly case, shaped like a flying saucer with its finely designed lugs, and its 36mm diameter, which fits my wrist perfectly. This watch from February 1974 seems timeless. The Lord Matic series paved the way for the production of more prestigious watches like KING and GRAND SEIKO. This watch is discreet and elegant, but it's the details that testify to great care in its manufacture (the crown is integrated into the case). It's equipped with a SEIKO 5606 automatic movement (not a high-frequency movement), a day/date function, and a hacking seconds hand for precise time setting. Another unique feature is that the days are displayed in English and kanji, and for Saturday and Sunday, they are shown successively in blue and then red. It's an easy-to-wear, reliable, and affordable watch, and I love admiring its many facets. Its production date coincided with my birthday, so I couldn't pass up the opportunity. Deal done, and I've been enjoying it every day.
