Pagani Design Owner Review : Comfortable, classic and dressy

Yet another Pagani Design watch that isn't a tribute. A very beautiful watch in a rather classic style. I highly recommend replacing the strap, which isn't very comfortable. The Pagani Design PD-1790 is a 42mm men's watch with a simple yet elegant design. It features the following features: Design and Aesthetics: Case: Stainless steel, 42mm in diameter and 12mm thick, offering a noticeable presence on the wrist without being overly imposing. The case features a brushed finish with a polished chamfer on the top of the lugs. Dial: Available in several colors (black, blue, green, etc.) with applied silver-tone indexes (which can sometimes have a golden hue depending on the light). It features a minute scale on the flange and a small seconds subdial at 6 o'clock. A notable feature is the presence of two seconds hands, one central and a smaller one in the subdial. Glass: Synthetic sapphire, offering excellent scratch resistance. It often features an anti-reflective coating for improved readability. Strap: Lightweight and comfortable leather, with a push-button folding clasp for added security and ease of use. The lug width is 22 mm, making strap changes easy. Crown: Located at 4 o'clock, it is a push-pull crown with knurled edges for a secure grip. Case back: Transparent, allowing you to admire the watch's mechanical movement. The rotor is often signed and dark gray in color. Movement: Type: Automatic, meaning it is wound by wrist movements. It is recommended to wear it at least 8 hours a day or to wind it manually (approximately 20 turns of the crown upon first use). Caliber: BY9020. It offers a power reserve of approximately 36 hours. Features: Hours, minutes, small seconds. Water resistant to 100 meters (10 ATM), making it suitable for everyday activities such as hand washing, rain, or splashes. However, it is not designed for swimming, diving, or contact with water vapor. Non-luminescent (no Super-LumiNova on the indexes and hands). Other features: Lightweight (approximately 73.7 grams). Comes in a Pagani Design box with an instruction manual, warranty card, and cleaning cloth. Good value for money, offering careful finishing for its price. Unique design with the double seconds hand, making it a conversation piece. In summary, the Pagani Design PD-1790 is an elegant and well-finished automatic watch for its price. It stands out for its sleek design, sapphire crystal, adequate water resistance, and visible BY9020 caliber automatic movement. The lack of luminescence may be a drawback for some.
