The Nivada F77 aventurine dial is a great watch. The perceived quality of the case, the polishing (especially the brushing), the aventurine dial, the buckle, and the bracelet make it an absolutely brilliant watch... for its price! Although the price-quality ratio is a subject that is prone to debate on the Dialicious channel (especially for Xavier 😉), I think that we still answer the problem quite well in this case. Starting from the premise that this object is useless, and therefore too expensive anyway, we then focus on the aforementioned details and admire the quality of execution. Obviously, we are not looking at a "made in Grand Seiko" polish, but the whole exudes perceived quality. It's no secret (but I'll repeat it): the watch is certainly 37 mm, but the lugs remain "imposing" (45 mm announced by the brand, felt more substantial on the wrist) and cannot fit a wrist smaller than 16 cm (in my opinion...). The Royal Oak inspiration is obviously present, but its bracelet, hands/indexes, and dial, on this aventurine version, give it its own personality and prevent it from falling into the category of a "simple" homage watch. Something that can happen a little more easily on the classic blue/black versions, in my opinion. For me, it's a perfect "GADA," especially because of its screwed-in strap and its 100M water resistance... as well as its thickness, which allows it to be worn as a shirt or in summer by (and in) the pool! The movement, a Soprod P024, does the job. No obvious deviations noted; my model seems pretty well tuned, with a gain of about ten seconds per day at most. In short, as you can see, I'm sold.
