This watch accompanies me on many trips; it's lightweight and robust, and it's battery-powered (quartz).
I rarely wear a quartz watch, but KHS really makes nice watches with good quality finishing.
The tritium markers are very easy to read at night.

I wanted a nice, hand-wound, mechanical skeleton watch, and I saw this FRERET-ROY in magazines. I went to the boutique in Paris, and as soon as I had it on my wrist, I decided to buy it. It's even better in person than in photos. This watch has already traveled quite a bit. The movement is very well regulated and very accurate over several days.

A chic and lightweight watch.

I love the style of this watch, a tonneau-shaped automatic movement that isn't too wide.

The skeletonization is really well done, and the STP movement is of very high quality.

I wear this watch when I'm out and about in town, when I'm out with friends.

The box for this watch is more than complete: instructions, a magnifying glass, tools, and other goodies.

All-terrain and luminous watch.

I fell in love with this imposing Luminox, with its automatic ETA movement. I've owned two Luminox watches before and adored the brand.

After just a few days, the bracelet broke and one of the capsules on the seconds hand came loose.
The crown is stiff and difficult to use.
This watch is too heavy and very thick.

The worst watch I own, even though I think it's beautiful.

As soon as I saw it I knew I would have one, the shape, the color, the simplicity with an ETA movement...I love wearing this watch, I couldn't get it in stores when I finally had the means to get it and I got it second-hand (new), I don't wear it often because it is a little too heavy.

Watch of my dreams when I was younger.

Some may recognize a reference to Magritte's work in the title of my review, but it also reflects my perspective on the striking presence of this magnificent tonneau-shaped watch with its particularly sophisticated design. The MM24-05 stands out in an unparalleled way. Its aesthetics are unique, and it's a limited edition (only 100 pieces)! The chamfered sapphire crystal, which flows beautifully onto the steel bracelet (very comfortable to wear), is truly exceptional. Personally, I've temporarily replaced the metal bracelet with a custom-made Maison Morfin leather strap, as I find it further accentuates the tonneau shape. Since the swipe mechanism isn't quick (around 10 minutes) because the spring bar cover is shared by both bracelets, I don't switch between them often, but it does allow for a different look from time to time. I highly recommend this brand, of which I already own two models, and which, in my opinion, offers exceptional quality of finish and design at a very reasonable price considering its features and attention to detail. In addition to that, I've always received a very warm welcome, whether in Tournon-sur-Rhône or Lyon, from Clément Morfin, the brand's founder, who is a true watch enthusiast. Don't hesitate to discover the brand if you're not already familiar with it! And the best part is, everyone asks you the time to see it! :P
