Hamilton Owner Review : Original, bold and atypical

Hamilton truly are the kings of shaped watches with atypical designs. While searching for my next Hamilton Ventura, I came across this Lloyd, which immediately caught my eye. It was very well priced (really very well priced), and I immediately messaged the seller for more photos. The more I looked at the pictures, the more I liked it, with its look that was both retro and modern. Not being used to gold watches, I bought it anyway, thinking that at the price, at worst I wouldn't lose money by reselling it if I didn't like it, and at best I'd make a little money for a future purchase. But since reason doesn't mix with passion, once I received it and put it on my wrist, I couldn't resell it; it's perfect for me. Its domed crystal with a magnifying effect gives it a certain flair, its square case with its rounded edges and curved lugs gives it an offbeat look, and its retro dial lends it a serious, almost understated, and classy feel. It came with a brown leather strap, but I fitted it with a black rubber strap, which gives it a modern touch that I think suits it very well. It immediately catches the eye on the wrist and sparks conversation. In short, I love this watch, which isn't of exceptional quality in terms of craftsmanship or movement, but it gives me a lot of pleasure, and that's what matters most.
