The charm of the 60s
Here is a pretty little DIFOR, a French brand little known to the general public, but recognized for having made quality watches. DIFOR, a contraction of DIFfusion hORlogère, is a brand created after the war which had its peak in the 60s before disappearing in 1982, bought by MATY. Mine has a very classic design of its time, with its case shape, its gold plating and the protruding indexes. On the other hand, the gray/green color of its dial is quite original. Always starting at the quarter turn, its hand-wound movement is precise. An endearing watch that I unfortunately wear little, but always with pleasure.
