A very special watch for me since it is the one that my great-grandfather bought in New York in 1942/43 while he was in the US Air Force. First of all, what is Colomby? It is a Swiss watch importer based in New York who rebadged watches with its logo on the dial and engraved "Colomby & co" on the movement. They imported reliable military watches for soldiers.
