The first impression of this watch is its inlaid wooden case. Sober and well-finished, it immediately sets the tone! But it's when you open the case that the magic happens. What strikes you first is the purity of the silvery-white dial. It captures the light beautifully, without ever being too bright or flashy. The overall effect is extremely understated, yet elegant. Nothing over the top, everything is in its place. Turn the watch over, and there... the L.U.C 96.12-L caliber is revealed. It's beautiful. Truly. The 22-carat gold micro-rotor, the Côtes de Genève, the ultra-clean layout... You can tell it's a true work of manufacture, thought out down to the smallest detail. On the wrist, the first thing you notice is its finesse. At 7 mm thick, the watch is completely invisible, yet slips effortlessly under a sleeve. It's comfortable, discreet, and truly pleasant to wear all day. Performance-wise, there's nothing to complain about after a year. The 65-hour power reserve is there, and the watch remains precise and stable. This allows you to switch between watches without any hassle. The manual winding is smooth, and the movement inspires confidence. But what I love most is its chic, all-purpose look. It goes with everything: a suit, a shirt, or even casual wear. Never ostentatious, but you can feel there's something special about it. The rose gold adds a touch of warmth, visible just enough when the sleeve is rolled up. In short, after a year, this is a watch I still enjoy wearing. A true connoisseur's watch, unpretentious, but with a lot of substance.
