The must-have Macro Loupe for all watch lovers

I purchased this watch after Chronoflexion presented it on its YouTube channel. I loved the modern look, the discreet GMT function, the bezel typography, and the guilloché dial.
This watch has become my GADA, to paraphrase some. Even though many people consider it to have a slightly overly pronounced MING feel, I find its design original and innovative. The finishes are good; the polished-brushed metal bracelet brings a lot of shine to the watch, and the lume is very nice.
A beautiful set for a reasonable price.

MT&W Oracle GMT, when Tron invites itself into a watch

A big fan of Breitling in general and of aviation, the classic Navitimer model is certainly iconic but too busy for me.
And in 2020, I came across this model! From the first collection reinterpreted by Breitling upon the arrival of Mr. Kern in 2017, the collection under the name NAVITIMER 8 was reborn. This model seemed like a no-brainer for me. A neo-retro look, an aviation chronograph like in the 30s/40s, incredible accuracy and visibility—in short, I never tire of it!
A rather rare and little-known model that ultimately deserves attention, but the new AVI 8 collection quickly overshadowed it. I bought it pre-owned in perfect condition with the leather and metal strap, B01 movement, date window at 4:30, COSC, size 44mm. In short, a REAL Breitling, despite what some people might say.
The only drawback is a 23mm lug width, which isn't common for straps.

A minor setback following a fall, the chronograph broke, but it was fully covered by Breitling's warranty and no special documentation was required. Excellent after-sales service, but a bit slow...

the first reinterpretation of the famous AVI 8!

I acquired this Swiss watch after a discussion with Mr. Cedric Bellon himself. His artistic approach, his environmental positioning, his storytelling, and after numerous discussions, allowed me to choose this model from among all the possible variations.
The "Naked" dial finish, without any additional artifice, the laser-engraved cutouts and indexes, the GMT function (which is one of my favorite complications) with its hint of orange, and the 200m water resistance, are features that appealed to me.

It may seem simplistic at first, but the reflections on the dial are incredible, even if difficult to photograph.

As Xavier often says, it's a story about the watch, yes, but above all, a story about encounters and exchanges.

Cedric Bellon GMT naked, purity and simplicity

It was again on JC's advice that the idea came to me to register on a Kick starter made by a watch creator that is Watch angel.
The collaboration with Cedric Bellon was unexpected.
The theme of a watch with a very pure design with recycled materials and tools speaks to me. In addition, sourcing Soprod movements with GMT complication lit the fuse.
Finally, this sandwich dial is magnificent.

Having been looking for a green dial for a long time, Cedric Bellon's approach and design drew me to this model. A truly stunning and playful dial, a "revisited vintage" case, a certain versatility, and undoubtedly a certain rarity, with a water resistance of 20 ATM complete my choice.

Here is my latest acquisition, ordered in June 2022, and received… last May! But the crowdfunding system has its good points: in addition to the win/win financing, it allows you to learn patience, to control your stamping (yes, the word exists!) and to experience the big day with tension and then delight! Here of course, it is the all-raw steel dial that irresistibly attracts the eye, with its originality and its countless and powerful reflections. The delicately polished chamfer is a detail that I particularly like. Its dimensions are… perfect (for my wrist at least!): 39mm in diameter, 47mm from lug to lug, 11.8mm thick, weight of 90gr (on leather strap); and then superluminova (old radium color) on sandwich-style sub-dial, date and GMT complications, AR sapphire crystal, 20atm, very well-regulated Swiss Soprod C125 movement, Swiss made, all in a limited edition. A big thank you to its very talented designer and creator!
