Here's my little Omega DeVille, with a TV case in the purest 70s style that I love. A simple and efficient manual movement, a perfect 35mm case, and gold plating that makes this watch the perfect companion to dressy outfits, without breaking the bank!

I've finally settled on the Op 36 after a few years of ignoring the brand. I've recently returned to it, not through the back door (many consider the Op a basic entry-level model), but through the mother of all Rolexes! Oyster case, automatic winding...what else?!
Its black dial, 36mm case, and Oyster bracelet make it the perfect everyday watch! So much so that it eclipses all others when you need something simple, versatile, and understated.

That's exactly the image I like to have of the Op: a solid and timeless watch.



Oyster Perpetual: The Quintessence of Rolex

I bought this Speedtimer brand new when it was released at Christmas 2023. JavaScript already owns a Speedtimer, also a limited edition (Crystal Trophy). Everything about this watch is perfect! Size, subdials, color palette...it goes with everything, on steel, leather, NATO strap; it suits it all!
This is the watch I recommend to anyone who wants a beautiful chronograph for under €1000. I wear it very often. I've owned several chronographs: Breitling, Speedmaster, etc., but I haven't yet found a chronograph this nice in this price range...a real success!

My favorite stopwatch!

I bought this Bulova the day I first appeared on the Dialicious channel. It's a vintage model from 1973, the year I was born. The Accutron Spaceview has existed since 1960, but TV sets like this one date from the 70s. A marvel of technology for its time, before the arrival of quartz. It's a tuning fork movement that hums when you hold the watch near your ear... personally, I find it soothing 🤣

My conversation watch!

It was the 2004 release that made me dream. At a time when Panerai was the benchmark, Cartier made a bold statement with the Santos 100, a more robust Santos designed to appeal to contemporary tastes. It retains the classic Santos design elements while offering modern durability and specifications. My model is reference 2878, the smallest size (35mm), which suits me perfectly. It has presence, style, and timeless class!

This 2015 model in 39mm is timeless! It flirts with the great complication: small seconds, day, date, month, moon phase, on a super balanced sunray gray dial, applied and polished indexes...class! The open case back allows you to appreciate a magnificent movement that takes the size of the case well. A watch to keep for life, which can still be found at prices well below the equivalents of other manufacturers 👍

Its originality, finesse and elegance make it the perfect watch to wear on special occasions. So it was without any hesitation that I chose it to accompany me to my wedding! 
Comfortable on a daily basis on its steel bracelet, you can however replace it with a leather strap in one click. 
The one provided by Cartier is also a little disappointing.

My timeless classic

This Santos de Cartier is the watch that gave me a taste for watchmaking. The ultimate sporty/chic watch. It’s the one that made me want to undertake and succeed, the one that convinced me that everything was possible. It was when I saw it when I was younger on the wrist of someone who taught me a lot that the magic happened. It’s chic, timeless, sporty and adapts to all situations and all outfits! It’s probably the one that has received the most compliments in my collection. For me, it’s an exciting watch for enthusiasts, which historically, as everyone knows, has nothing to envy the greatest.

THE real pilot's watch

My Santos 100, a piece of aviation history associated with the height of French chic, this Cartier is essential, and extreme in this XL version ref 2656.

Despite its bodybuilder case and bracelet, it sits wonderfully on my wrist, and imposes itself with finesse despite its almost 200 grams.

Its dial is simple and effective, Roman numerals obligatory…

CARTIER SANTOS DUMONT  100 XL

A Cartier Santos, or how to marry elegance with sport-chic.
A priori, never a fan of gold watches, and even less of two-tone watches, this Cartier Santos from 1991, reference 2961, once put on the wrist was like an obvious choice for me.
Of contained size, it knows how to get noticed thanks to its bezel and the studs of its gold bracelet. It is truly magnificent. What's more, a watch that is not found on all wrists.

Cartier, or timeless elegance

This watch is simply stunning. Produced exclusively for the Gulf countries, it features Arabic/Hindi numeral hour markers, a highly sought-after detail in the region. Despite its considerable size, it's surprisingly comfortable to wear. Its green dial, which changes color depending on the light, is just as exceptional as its applied hour markers.
