DECEPTION
After 5 years of occasional use as a good father, the superluminova elements came off for no reason and without the pressure exerted at 3000 meters. ZRC found this normal because it was no longer under warranty. It cost me 360 euros because I was able to go directly to ZRC, otherwise through a reseller it would have cost me 700 euros. I am going to resell it because I am afraid that it will happen again in 5 years. Moral: it is a very beautiful watch that should not be kept in your collection. The after-sales service had even misplaced my payment. I had to follow up to get my invoice paid. In short, the worst after-sales service even if I do not know other after-sales services so as not to have had problems with other brands. With the exception of a problem with a strap at D1 MILANO after the end of the warranty. They sent me a new strap for free.
