I present to you my Seiko 5 Suits Style in a different version and that we do not see much, it is sold with the Milanese mesh bracelet stamped Seiko (K1) or with a pretty rubber strap with Seiko pin (K2) ... I really like the Seiko 5 and not long ago Seiko has just released the new Seiko 5 SKX SRPK87K1 which recalls the five models of 1960 ... My Seiko 5 Suits is very pleasant and easy to wear not heavy and pretty with variations in color of the dial depending on where you are ... the diameter is 42.5mm the glass is in Hardlex (reinforced mineral) with ATM at 10 (the crown is not screwed) heir to the SKX but it is no longer a diver.

This Seiko watch is my second with the Kinetic system. It is a Kinetic quartz movement, the Seiko 5M82 movement without battery having an integrated electricity system, the Kinetic technology draws its energy from the movement of the arm, the crown, located at three o'clock, allows you to set the time and the push button located at 2 o'clock helps to check the power reserve. An example on mine just now I pressed the push button and it scrolled for 20 seconds which tells me that I have autonomy for a month. I really like this Seiko watch because the system is really original and ingenious, plus this watch has a really superb blue dial and it has a nice presence on the wrist, it comes with a steel bracelet but I alternate with a tropical bracelet, I really like Japanese watches and I wear it quite often the dial glass is in Hardlex (reinforced mineral) its diameter is 42.5mm and it is water resistant to 100m, it is not a watch of diving there is no crown aimed.

I present to you my Seiko 5 sport FIFTY FIVE FATHOMS...which I find goes everywhere with the look of a diver, the robustness of a sportswoman, the Seiko SNZH55K1 also known by its nickname of "Fifty Five Fathoms" for the homage to the Blancpain timepiece, is a versatile piece that can be worn on multiple occasions...Belonging to the "Best Sellers" category of the "Five" subsidiary of Seiko, the SNZH55K1 has a unidirectional bezel matching the Black & White dial of the watch.
As for the hands and indexes, they are treated with Lumibrite, a non-radioactive and luminescent component, making the time readable in all circumstances. On the back, there is a transparent caseback, allowing the wearer of the timepiece to observe the caliber 7S36B in action.
The Seiko manufacture movement is equipped with 23 jewels, benefiting from 40 hours of power reserve.

At three o'clock, there is a date and day complication, adjustable via the crown also located at three o'clock. The whole thing is protected by a "Hardlex" tempered mineral glass, a specialty at Seiko.

Finally, this automatic model is water-resistant to 100 meters. It does not allow swimming or diving, but is resistant to showers, baths, swimming or even hand washing. This watch is now impossible to find new, perhaps still on a Japanese online site where there are still new SKXs at 3 or 4 times the price ... this watch has a diameter of 42mm. price at the time: 250 euros.

I present to you my atypical sand-colored Seiko 5. I wear it often. I already really like Seiko 5s and this color of the bezel and dial immediately hooked me...it has a diameter of 42mm and its price is 300 euros...it is not a diver like the SKX...the watch comes with a Seiko Milanese mesh bracelet.

This Seiko 5 is a true "field watch", with a step dial, a brushed case and perfect readability. With a diameter of 40mm and equipped with the 7S36 caliber (set incredibly precisely on my copy: less than a second of drift per day), it is a perfect watch to use in all weathers, including underwater. This was my first automatic assembly, bought new in 2019 for around 100e, it gives a lot for the price. It has now left the catalog and has been replaced by a model that is more than similar but at a price that has more than doubled (new Seiko pricing policy requires). This watch is a very nice entry in the Seiko range and has a very high quality of finish. A tough one! The only downside is the rather wide nylon strap which does not have an exemplary finish, the perfect opportunity to have fun by equipping it with your most beautiful Nato.

I was instantly seduced by this reissue.
Its look, its robust manufacture movement (which has long proven itself), its small size and its agreed price immediately filled me.
I have always considered watches as jewels, which must combine utility, comfort and pleasure for the eyes. This watch meets all these elements through its attributes.
A small 39.5 case which despite its thickness, knows how to be discreet. Very efficient & intuitive visibility. A delightful, unconventional and comfortable metal bracelet. A 100m water resistance which allows you to always have it on your wrist. It exudes solidity and longevity that we are not afraid to wear daily. The only downside is its mineral glass which I know will quickly suffer my clumsiness.
I prefer so-called vintage watch models, but I can't acquire a watch that has already been worn. For reasons of trust.
This SRPK17 meets all my expectations.
