This is my first Patek Philippe, a brand that seemed inaccessible to me both because of its price and the limited availability of the models I liked in stores! On a whim, I boldly visited a store to check availability, and luckily they offered me this magnificent Calatrava Annual Calendar. I fell under the spell of its anthracite grained dial and its "Clous de Paris" guilloché case; this combination is stunning with the beige strap (Patek also offers a black leather strap). The movement is magnificent; I sometimes spend minutes admiring it under a loupe. In short, I'm very happy with this purchase, even if my holy grail remains the Nautilus…who knows, maybe one day!
