Ollech & Wajs C-1000 A Owner Review : Professional, sober and classy

It was while watching the Dialicious episode with Xavier and Charles about the history of OW that I discovered the story of this fine brand, as well as Charles' entrepreneurial adventure. Following this discovery, I rushed to try on some of the brand's models in a store. I was immediately drawn to the value for money of these watches. I tried on several models, and my attention was drawn to the C 1000 A. Why? First, for its understated elegance. Everything about this watch is well thought out, and I loved its sixties vibe. The bezel with its orange markings, the slim seconds hand with its triangular tip is magnificent. The baton hour markers with the triangular applied markers at 3, 9, and 12 o'clock create a real sense of cohesion. The yellow NATO strap makes the watch stand out beautifully. Finally, the domed crystal and discreet lugs also made a difference. In short, a wonderful discovery thanks to a truly excellent episode that sparked my interest in the fine watchmaker OW. No doubt I chose this watch for the piece itself, but not only that... the history, the stories, and the presentation by its director, Charles, also influenced me.
