The Code 41 Anomaly TTO marks the true starting point for the brand. It relies on a Miyota movement, renowned for its reliability and robustness. The display features central hands for the hours and minutes, complemented by a small seconds dial at 5 o'clock. A 24-hour disc at 9 o'clock enhances the time reading. The dial is undoubtedly the centerpiece: built on three levels, it impresses with its depth and play of relief. It features superb Côtes de Genève, enhanced by the structure of the dial itself. The opening into the heart of the movement reinforces the watch's mechanical appeal, while the Luminova provides a spectacular visual effect in the dark. The finely crafted crown also deserves a special mention for its meticulous design. An interesting detail: for technical reasons specific to the Japanese movement, the opening into the heart is located at 7 o'clock rather than 6 o'clock. Combined with the hour discs, this arrangement almost evokes a face, a playful wink. However, this aesthetic signature may recall certain SevenFriday creations, which slightly reduces the perceived originality. Overall, this is nevertheless a very beautiful piece, which demonstrates Code 41's expertise and boldness and suggests a promising watchmaking adventure.
